-Company does not care whatsoever about residents. Everything they do makes the residents lives more difficult and inconvenient.
-Horrible communication to onsite staff. There has been multiple occasions where they roll out some new program and the office does not know about it until residents get charges or emails that something is wrong. Has very generic training with no real answers.
-I’m sure this isn’t for every property, but the regional supervisor is literally the most stuck up unhelpful person I have ever met. Any question asked the only answer you get is, “watch training”. Has told us he should be our last point of contact and to ask anybody else first.
-does not care about fair housing at all. every situation is handled differently and based on the convenience for upper management.
-Does not care about onsite staff literally whatsoever. Again, everything they do is the most inconvenient and difficult way possible. Takes forever for things to get resolved.
-They like to put on a cute face for all of the things they do but they do not care about anyone except for corporate.
-the favoritism is also INSANE. they make no effort in trying to hide if they do not like you or not. some employees get much better treatment, benefits, discounts, etc than others.
-If you can work literally anywhere else, do it.
