This is the worst company I've ever joined - The management is so ambiguous that you can't not predict what's going to happen - especially - Narsing (You can't trust him at all) he says something and does something. Be aware. Have everything documented. I'm sure you will never get anything in written - They don't provide even offer letter to freshers - They are keeping the doors closed and will not allow to go home if you don't make submissions. The operations manager will seat in-front of the door like a peon and will ask if you have not made submission - stay back.. which is very unprofessional.. No appraisal for 2 years.. if even if you perform - they will keep postponing the discussion.. if you ask anything- they will not give the right answer..... Guys... never join this company.. it's better to wait for some time then find another role - then join this company and ruin your career... Rest your decision.. and this is not my personal experience.. I've seen this happening with everyone in my last 4 years of career with them.
