- They’re throwing you at the deep end, but you are not alone there. Even if you made something wrong - you are just learning from your mistakes. - Here they are striving for a better future and invest in impact projects and people. - The Nicest atmosphere and the greatest people I ever met.

Cons

- Ragnarson culture is declining and this is not the Ragnarson that it was. - People with more experience do not get involved in new ideas - It’s like they just don’t care. - More talking than action - when there is talk, it dries quickly, and we just stop talking about it.
