      Pros

      It is a great place fo rpeople to work who are coming out of undergraduate school and want a gap year before med school or grad school. PI's are very supportive and high-impact publications flow out of the Ragon Institute.

      Cons

      Mediocre pay for technicians, but the recommendations pay off.
