      - Reasonable salary - Nice colleagues and amazing guidance - Free lunch and snacks - Big clients that can make your portfolio outstanding Eventhough it's under rakuten, rakuten ad has more of startup vibes and having it's own culture as separate entity.

      - Heavy workload, Work can be stressful - In system wise, it can be conservative as we follow rakuten HQ's policy.
