Pros
It would be hard to beat the benefits that Rakuten provides. Major PTO (better than unlimited as they expect you to take it all), great health (if you choose HSA Rakuten will make a yearly contribution), dental, vision, matching 401K at 4%, summer Fridays (afternoon Friday's off). If you have a child, they give you 4 months off (father and mother).
Cons
Only current con is that the office isn't fully attended and that was so fun to be with everything. Like a party. But it will be back soon.
