      Pros

      Obviously the benefits are the best reason, Rakuten had really good benefits which made it really hard to leave.

      Cons

      It is a big corporation, with that being said it is really easy to get lost in the details of a big corporation doing what big corporations do. For me it happened when the second round of layoffs happened. However that being said, they took care of me with a very good severance.
