Two departments OSS & BSS OSS tricky, mysterious,paying depending upon profits and future plans team member of this department got 30% hike other than annual increment, though the same department has done silent layoffs a year ago BSS Enjoyable, Home like atmosphere, Less work no increment BSS main product, always remains low on budget so people act that way No increment , increment only upto the inflation . Senior members satisfied juniors will curse them make fun Even freshers has more salary than some of the 2 - 3 years experienced employee of this department You get free food that's something to cheer for both OSS & BSS for now

Department wise culture will lead to downfall Too much politics , very dirty , client snatching, derailing the company that is also happening here, very very miserable days ahead
