      There are days when nothing needs to be done. A pro if you don't mind being bored.

      Cons

      Inefficient and backwards-thinking company. Lots of work doesn't end up being used, but you need to do it anyway because it's a checklist item in whatever convoluted process the main Rakuten branch came up with.
