      * Smart people that are super helpful. * Flexible working. * Good perks and team events like Well-being Fridays, Quarterly Happy Hour, bento boxes. * Management are approachable and generally care about creating a great work environment.

      Cons

      * Teams are too lean. * Tech stack needs modernising. Thankfully there are plans to do just that.
