      Pros

      - Some employees really want to make a difference. - The idea of a community as a service in the gaming industry is a novel one.

      Cons

      - No clear vision - nearly every sprint changed the UI. - Lack of cultivation with the community - it had a large user base, but the executive team was more interested in a large install base instead of fostering engagement with the current one

      Pros

      I feel really fortunate to work with such a smart, talented, and awesome group of people. We work hard, but we also know how to have a lot of fun as well. The company really cares about its employees and provides great benefits and perks.

      I can't really think of any.

      Pros

      Great people, small super talented team. Lots of opportunities to make an impact and build interesting products. Everyone there had a great sense of humor and actually seemed to enjoy being there, which is rare for any workplace. Plus, games!

      Cons

      It was a long commute for me, but they were cool with working from home a few days a week, so it wasn't really that bad.
