I e-mailed in my resume and received an e-mail in response scheduling a phone interview. After the initial phone interview, I had 4 face-to-face interviews on two different days (one of the managers was out sick the first day I came) and was then offered the job. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice, the first day I was there I sat in the front conference room while different executives came one-by-one to interview me. It was comfortable and easy.
