Smart, dedicated junior staff: people who will go above and beyond to try to improve the organization.
Cons
There shouldn't be anything wrong with raising money to respond to climate and conservation problems. Unfortunately greed has taken over Rare. We spend our energy to create the appearance of responding to climate change to get people to pay us, but that's where the work stops. We will do anything to preserve that image - anything but actually work on climate.
