Pros

Friendly and helpful colleagues to work with, especially in cross region context. Family-oriented culture, strong integrity values. Suitable for those who are looking to stay in a regular 9-5 job with a stable income.

Cons

Not advisable for those who are looking for long term career development. An average of 4 years is the maximum for growth and development. Small company, not much of a career progression and too lean a structure to grow. Salary not on par with market rate.

Pros

Company was a small (<500) with a global reach and lots of future vision. They have an outstanding product line and do see the value in emerging technologies. Great project Managers (Richard, Naim and others) that really listen to the sales team. They do have a sense of family in as many ways as a company can and Ching-I is a great leader. He really understands that decisions have to be made, painful that some may be, but the company has a goal and they will achieve it. I just hope they don't go public as it will really screw up the culture there. They started a great bi-weekly training which I think was the greatest thing they could have done. Truly some of the best people overall to work with.

Cons

They are doing what they can as fast as they can, but they need to really move some technologies further, faster. They need to drop DCIM as its a moving target in the industry. KVM is dying and they are right. A lot of emphasis is placed on the power management market and that is putting all your eggs in one basket. Diversify.
