They have a great team and management, constantly picking up new contracts so there are almost always hours available. Flexible scheduling and great starting pay, lots of room to advance

I wouldn’t say there are really any cons. Have to clean nasty things sometimes but that’s the nature of the job

Workload varies by location. You could be at a school, office building, etc. Same place every shift or move around.

If you care about doing a good job, you will run yourself ragged.
