Pros

They have a great team and management, constantly picking up new contracts so there are almost always hours available. Flexible scheduling and great starting pay, lots of room to advance

Cons

I wouldn’t say there are really any cons. Have to clean nasty things sometimes but that’s the nature of the job

There is an exposure to lot of good projects

Cons

However the good projects are not been worked on in a proper manner, rather there is lot of pressure on artists and in the end it ends up close to the deadline and spoiling all the artists working on it. Management is really bad, People are working more than 12+ hours in some departments like compositing, There is no respect for artists Salary is below average.
