Pros
Lots of parking available. Dannish and U.S. head office team is wonderful to work with. Compensation was fair.
Cons
Extremely clickish. The Cdn head office is mainly run by 3 people, if you don't walk, talk or move exactly as they wish - you're banned. They sabbatoge you into either being let go or quitting. Any type of aspiration to succeed is squashed. There is no room for growth, both in career or personal. The whole experience was very disappointing. I was promised an office and given a cubicle, with an excuse to why the office wasn't available. There was so much backstabbing, no one worked as a team toward one goal.
