You are always reminded of what the business is doing - helping people hear, which feels good. The people are fantastic. Open door policy with management - you are truly welcome to talk directly to the highest in the building, but that doesn't necessarily mean your ideas will move to fruition. Good benefits
Cons
Feels like there is a lot of movement into middle management, middle-management positions created to promote some individuals, while leaving some in entry-level.
