The Human Resources department fails to address these issues, prioritizing the protection of management over employee welfare. Complaints are routinely ignored, reinforcing a culture where only conformity is rewarded. Senior management's focus on profits and performance metrics overshadows any genuine concern for employee well-being, creating a toxic work environment that stifles innovation and morale. This systemic inequality undermines the potential for a diverse and inclusive workplace.
