      - Interesting technical work - You can own meaningful product areas end‑to‑end (APIs, data, and behaviour). - Generally good collaboration with Product/Design/QA and clear communication across stakeholders. - Good Benefits/Insurance coverage - I got essential worktools ordered and also had the option of choosig the ones I wanted to buy and t was covered
