Cons

- Payment way bellow market's average - No career plan or incentives - No clear vision and goals (profit is the only clear goal) - Cameras everywhere (no privacy at all) - No stability

Hello, We regret that you did not have the best experience working at Xencall. The HR Team would like to take a minute to address your concerns . “Payment is way below market’s average” – We use the professional version of PayScale to benchmark the salary of all job titles/ roles (based on experience, education and skills) above average within our sector, size, and growth within Vancouver, BC, however when compared to other sectors, cities, larger companies and later stages of growth there will be major discrepancies in pay and hence why we have a sophisticated tool to more accurately and transparently measure salaries. “No career plan or incentives” – HR is always open to having a conversation with an employee concerning their career goals and steps. As per our handbook we also provide a learning and development budget for employees who have been with the company at least one year. “No clear vision and goals” – Xencall celebrates monthly team wins through the use of core values at company-wide Friday Fun events, and ties it’s mission to closing client testimonials. Employees document their personal and professional goals in our HRIS system. C- level executives and HR is dedicated to continuously improving the clarity of how goals align with company mission. “Cameras everywhere (No privacy at all)” – As a tech company Xencall would like to protect its material assets and minimize the cost of insurance. “No stability” - Xencall’s turn-over rate is less than most tech companies in the same sector, size and stage of growth. Thank you for your advice to management, Xencall values all employee feedback as it strives to continuously improve company vision, mission, policy, transparency and skills. Kind Regards, HR Team
