      - Great mid-level management/ - AMAZING HR MANAGER (Second to none) - Great location - Awesome selection of snacks - No micro-management

      Cons

      - Little opportunity to move up - Very grumpy CEO who at times cracks a smile but walks around with a chip on his shoulder all damn day. He only seems interested in being personable when he is speaking about the company growth or team building events. - Very scattered work flow processes

      Having to work the majority of Canadian Holidays due to the majority of our customer base being in the US.
