      My office's broker was kind.

      Cons

      I felt taken advantage of because of the workload I received. I kept receiving assignments, and I want to believe they trusted my capabilities, but at the same time, I was overwhelmed. And I did not feel comfortable communicating for myself.

      Pros

      Real Living has excellent online tools, a reasonable franchise fee and encourages you to 'be who you are' while letting you set your own pace. Each office is different - my experience is that our office works together like a family, everyone is very willing to help each other and is not competitive. I also like their overall branding.

      Cons

      Because Real Living is not well known in our community, I really wish they were willing to do more advertising, sponsorship of events and so-forth to get our brand awareness up.
