I have been working at Real Living full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Technology support, on-going training, positive culture

    Cons

Few real leads despite strong lead-generating investment by management. You must be driven, hard-working, self-starter to succeed in sales.

    Advice to Management

Websites links and searches don't all work correctly. They send an internet lead to the wrong office's website.

    Pros

This company is owned by Brookfield Asset Management, Toronto, ON,
which is financially stable and growing even in these hard economic times. The Real Living Network of real estate franchises is bound to grow rapidly, as it competes against old, tired concepts that no longer deliver enough value to justify their expensive fees.

    Cons

Some of the old guard in middle management lacks people skills, but overall this is a great company.

    Advice to Management

Better training and support of field personnel will get it done faster and better.

    Pros

Great technology tools and compensations plans

    Cons

not the best choice for new agents needing support to launch their business

    Advice to Management

Stronger leadership and management needed at the local level. Recent changes have led to lack of managers.
