Pros
Good commitment to corporate responsibility. Decent people trying to do good work, some high levels of professionalism. Nice building, especially the cafeteria.
Cons
Business units were very siloed - I was in one of the few cross-matrixed teams and was shocked to hear a VP one day admit that they didn't have a clue what was going on in other divisions. Senior leadership seemed to lack direction and strategy, therefore it was difficult to execute effective projects.
