Great entrepreneurial spirit, charismatic CEO. Knows everyone personally and is very family orientated. Products are always well thought out always.
Cons
Too much turnover of senior management and the next one in was always the messiah, until they. Had a disagreement with RG. Missed out on the Spotify opportunity.
