Pros
High Ambition, Loved It! Innovations in Factories, loved the Theme. Also love the Software Stack Strategy: Effective and sustainable, instead of just going for the nice-new-things.
Cons
Yet, I'd prefer a more equal and human culture allowing creativity to flow instead of a task driven approach. The latter works fine for a few months, in crisis situations, but is not constructive on the long run.
