      100% Commissions, Constantly updating and introducing new tech, Entrepreneurial spirit allows agents to run their business how they see fit, Culture is supportive and not full of themselves. Broker support is fantastic.

      Cons

      Only Con is that the office can be quiet, There's always a good small group of agents there but if they're out with clients the office is empty.
