Smaller company means juggling more work

Some of the technical employees and administrative staff were excellent.

After several years I still have nightmares about this company. It was incredibly dysfunctional and executive leadership was somewhat abusive. More importantly, the services offered were secure in image only. They made it look like they offered more than they did for recovery. There were a lot of holes in the DR services offered.
