      Some of the technical employees and administrative staff were excellent.

      Cons

      After several years I still have nightmares about this company. It was incredibly dysfunctional and executive leadership was somewhat abusive. More importantly, the services offered were secure in image only. They made it look like they offered more than they did for recovery. There were a lot of holes in the DR services offered.

      Cons

      Management lies to employees saying that work/life balance is important however does not actually practice this. Overloads employees with extra work without hiring more help. Undercuts employee salaries no matter the experience. If something goes wrong, management looks to who to blame instead of finding a solution. This caused a lot of stress worrying about job security. Diversity is a big issue. Not many diverse employees. Terrible yearly raises with performance reviews that don’t mean anything. Managers being promoted that really have no idea how the actual operations team functions. The building looks nice but beware of the new management. They don’t care about people at all.
