Pros
- good working environment - can only see the money grow if you stay long enough - colleagues are friendly and vibrant demographics - you reap what you sow, opportunity to grow and have career growth and advancement
Cons
- not exactly have work life balance, still have to attend to calls or msges after work hours or on weekends - inflexible work arrangements - work culture is more of family business managing style (more old school) - pay cut if you didnt hit KPI - uncapped incentives
