Pros

I work with some of the brightest people in the industry getting applicable information to customers as fast as possible when everyone is able to do their jobs without interference.

Cons

Working remote was the only smart thing this company has done in the last 2 years, the decisions made just before and during the pandemic have shaken my faith in management to the core.

Pros

Employee centric company that supports the entire employee. The work/life balance is excellent, unlimited PTO, benefits, etc are top notch, but it is the focus on Team mentality of the executives that has impressed me thus far.

Cons

More employees are needed in Implementation and CSM.

Resources can be limited compared to larger competitors, which can mean wearing multiple hats at times.
