Pros

Employee centric company that supports the entire employee. The work/life balance is excellent, unlimited PTO, benefits, etc are top notch, but it is the focus on Team mentality of the executives that has impressed me thus far.

Cons

More employees are needed in Implementation and CSM.

Pros

Great work-life balance with a leadership team that genuinely respects personal time. As a smaller company, you’re not just a number—your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and you can make a real, visible impact on both the business and our customers. There’s a strong sense of ownership and collaboration across teams. The company is growing, which creates real opportunities for career advancement and professional development. It’s an exciting time to be here, with a lot of upside for those who want to contribute and grow with the business.

Cons

Like many growing companies, there are still some evolving processes and occasional ambiguity in roles and priorities. Resources can be limited compared to larger competitors, which can mean wearing multiple hats at times. That said, for people who are proactive and adaptable, this creates a lot of opportunity to shape how things are built and make a meaningful impact.

Pros

The interview process is a cakewalk.

Cons

-Unclear job expectations -Marketing consistently underperforms (like most companies to be fair) -Lack of leadership -Micromanagement -Underpaid positions leaving employee unsatisfied, hungry to find better work, while having low morale -Many worthless company meetings (like most companies to be fair) -Contradictory advice from multiple sources regarding coaching and improvement -Lack of direct communication -Unrealistic quota -Management plays favorites -Some employees will stab you in the back, so don’t talk about anything other than RedTeam

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We take comments like this seriously, especially around clarity, communication, and leadership. As a growing company, we recognize that there have been times where processes, expectations, and alignment weren’t as clear as they should be. That’s something we are actively working to improve—particularly in areas like role definition, coaching consistency, and internal communication. We also understand how important fair compensation, achievable goals, and a positive team environment are. These are key focus areas for our leadership team as we continue to evolve and invest in building a stronger, more supportive culture. That said, we know we won’t get everything right overnight. What we can commit to is listening, improving, and creating an environment where team members feel supported, challenged in the right ways, and able to grow. We appreciate your perspective and wish you the best in your next opportunity.
