-Not valued at all by managers or the higer ups. -Management is terrible and will refuse time off regardless if its an emergency or not. -overwhelming amount of work for minimum wage (even for roles that would be paid higher elsewhere). -Constant fear of losing your job due to managers making entire teams redundant. -Too many HR members of staff and other teams suffer (money wise) so hr gets paid. -The company makes employees put fake reviews onto sites to make it look good.
