    Not a hard company to get a job at. Wide range of issues allowing for experience in all areas of support.

    Management are not smart or willing to stand up for staff.

    Pros

    Redcentric is a great company to work with. It helps the employees to learn and move to another level. I have worked with Redcentric for 6.5 years and my growth have been significant.

    Cons

    Did not find any disadvantage personally. All departments are helpful and managers do guide in case you need them

    Advice to Management

    Keep motivating the employees. I have been guided by the management and the HR team where ever needed.

    Easy to get a position

    Cons

    No management
    Departments fully segregated (one hand doesn't know what the other is doing)
    Too sales driven
    No care for employees
    No processes for anything at all

    Advice to Management

    Get some real processes in place
    Encourage departments to work together instead of against each other

    Was at the heart of the City.
    Friendly colleagues.

    Poor management at the mid-level and senior level.

    Please make the HR policies flexible, in favor of the employee and fire the management who is not able to support it's team.

    Pros

    None i can think of but this space doesn't allow without going forward so i am writing this entire set of words and not any pros i can think of

    Cons

    Notice period is 90 days(3 Months), company is Moving Kukatpally, not any one can move out of the company, such a horrible experience the present employees have, they can't sit in them as the chairs are not comfortable, Mr Fraser Fisher says that if you want to get that chairs you should leave the company or sit in them,

    Advice to Management

    Remove the Heads and Ask the employees before taking any decision, you will not make any profit without giving perks to Employees, you stay stagnant in your , Realize your mistake and communicate with employees.
