Poor Management, Poor Culture - Specialist Reddit Employee Review

Bloated middle management is lazy, no company culture outside of offices (which we still don't have). Company is US centric. Everyone is expected to work till 8/9pm every night if you have colleagues in California. Even company-wide meetings are held out of working hours to suit California time.
