Redkite Response
2yThank you for sharing your feedback, we value all opinions and will use this to continue building an organisation that we are all proud to work in. I have taken some time to consider the points you have raised and will aim to address them below, however if you have any further feedback or wish to discuss anything in more detail, please reach out to your People Point of Contact (PPOC) or me directly (henry@redkite.com).
First off, I wholeheartedly agree that data as an industry is a great place to be working and I couldn’t be prouder to have built a company that has been able to grow and adapt with this face paced industry. We value every client that we work with and are immensely grateful for the opportunities they provide for our people to develop their skill set and advance their sector knowledge. We are also excited to see where data takes us in the future and strive to build a sustainable organisation where we can be part of its success.
Like many businesses, 2023 has brought extended challenges that has meant we have had to pivot as leaders and focus on financial stability for our people and business. We have held many team wide updates sharing the reasons behind our decision making and how this will benefit the future of Redkite and our employees, and have strived to be as transparent as possible, whilst maintaining confidentiality for those who are impacted most by our organisational changes. As a leader at Redkite, I own the decisions made to date and do not make decisions that impact people lightly. I will always make myself available to those who wish to discuss these circumstances further.
We appreciate that going through hyper-growth can impact the culture and morale of our people who are used to a smaller, more intimate way of working. Alongside the people team, we have worked hard to ensure our people are supported by improving our processes and listening to feedback like you have shared here. This is not a one and done project but a constant focus for us at Redkite and we will keep looking for ways to better communicate and manage our people processes.
I hope this addresses some of the points you have shared. For anything else, please feel free to reach out to me or a member of the people team.
