Pros

Great leadership team and great colleagues who are all self starters and extremely well versed in their crafts. Client projects are also interesting and challenging. Remote working and flexible working times are also great.

Cons

Personally, I can’t think of anything major. The company is still young and so it has some usual teething problems, but for the most part it’s a great place to work.
