      Pros

      Redwood is an innovative, forward-thinking company with an open culture (everybody is willing to help, no hierarchy feeling). You will be challenged and no day is the same. There is a lot of encouragement for personal development. In sales, you have the ability to grow in your role and make it what you want it to be. The sales cycles are complex but very rewarding at the end. If you like to be challenged and to make a difference, Redwood is the place to be!

      Not sure this is a con, more of a good challenge: the company has grown tremendously over the last few years, and it will be a good challenge to continue to grow at that pace
