Pros

Great place to start getting work experience or to start and grow your career with. Mostly friendly people and a good culture to work for.

Cons

Terrible graduate program. Not really any structure or benefit to it. Spend two years essentially doing low wage jobs like 'driver', 'front desk retail clerk', and 'checkout person'; after you've just spent 3-5 years at university studying technical/business knowledge such as engineering/finance/marketing/economics. Don't do it, it's a career killer for graduates. If you are not a graduate, it's fantastic.

Pros

Immediate Leadership (whom were fired with no cause) and Co-Workers (who were outsourced or reorganized)

Cons

This is the most toxic workplace I’ve worked for in my career. Senior Leadership does not care about team members and has stated that in private conversations. There are two cultures in Reece - one in the field and other at Regional Support Center (RSC). The RSC consistently is cutting costs (outsource, on-shore) or plainly eliminate with additional work spread to remaining team members. The CFO has little to no care about any employees and has been there for a long time. Leadership around her has cycled in 2-3 years consistently in her 20+ tenure (Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller/Controller). Whole accounting team and almost all of FP&A has left/replaced when I was there (less than 2 years). This is a high turnover workplace if you are looking for a place to work long-term, STAY AWAY!!!
