Pros
Throughout my time at Reece I've been really lucky to be a part of a fantastic culture. The management give you genuine support when times are tough and provide a lot of training to further your development.
Cons
The nature of the work can be very stressful (particularly if you're in sales). At times there is a lack of direction but to be fair the onus really is on you to push that direction and make things clear. Work days can be quite long and it's easy to let the job take over your life.
