      Flexible working Always changing & always growing Training provided

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement. Management overlook employees and promote from outside the organisation Location is good until head office relocated to Richmond. Anyone seen the traffic congestion in Richmond lately??!

      Pros

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
