      Work isn't too hard Dont take the work home with you

      Poor salary If you have a bad manager, it can be a horrible experience. Bullying harassment is pretty systemic.

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
