Cons
The process of work here is like in call centers even if you're not a call center. Number of outputs only matters. Low salary. They give you too much work overload yet the salary is so low and the appraisal is so low. Uncompetitive Compensation and Benefits. Bad management and too much politics! If you're not the favorite of your boss, do not expect to be promoted even if you have the skills and you have what i takes. They don't practice their motto "Valuing what matters". Only numbers matters to them. The quality of work and their employees dont even matter. What a shame! The culture/inclusion/diversity is not good. You're not even allowed to go in the office with blonde hair colour or whatever color it is. What's this, a catholic school? Worst employer so far!
