Commission structure undermined by unrealistic sales goals - Pandora Specialist Reeds Jewelers Employee Review

Wonderful People. Most was Friendly. Zimmer family, to me, is very caring and wonderful people. I worked there twice, once back in 1990 for seasonal help and then i returned in 2022 for 2 years until i had to, unfortunately, leave for personal reasons outside of work. I would definitely work there again if i could. I was satisfied with the pay as well.

Too much, downlow, drama. Silence drama is the silent worst...meaning....people were talking but no one was listening.

Great clients and inventory and training.

Very competitive. Management is expected to produce too much in sales so it is hard to manage.
