Pros
Easy place to work, the bar is so low, but nearly everyone you work with is a relative of one the founders of the company or a friends and family type that was let go from a customer.
Cons
You have to suck up any pride, honesty, integrity or customer focus you may have and throw it out the window as that’s not how business is done at Reflexis. Product has no testing, the customer is forced to do QA. No focus on development processes, code reviews, security, etc.
