      Bad Management, Worse Leadership - Applications Analyst Reid Health Employee Review

      Pros

      Decent pay for the area, but severely lacking when compared to surrounding areas. Benefits were amazing up until the company overspent what they made and completely cancelled all benefits, did away with retirement plans and stopped vesting in pensions.

      Promotions were done purely using the Good-Ole Boy Mentality Department Managers were promoted way beyond their ability Senior Management Extremely incompetent Human Resources bordered on corrupt practices

      Great place to gain some experience and feel comfortable as a new grad.

      Cons

      Documentation can be overwhelming and there is not always enough time to get it done within the same day.
