Business Outlook
Pros
People are incredibly smart, but also generally very friendly and kind. Work is super interesting and fast-paced, but the overall culture tries to encourage somewhat healthy work-life balance.
Cons
Growing very, very fast so it's difficult to get to know everyone and maintain a consistent culture. Although the work-life balance seems to be better than comparable rocket startups, hours are definitely longer than traditional aerospace companies. Diversity isn't great, although it is improving.
