      Cons

      The department has been loosing an average of 2 people every 2 weeks and they don’t address a single thing. They don’t seem to care about the employees staying and showing there loyalty to the company. They also promise you a better world yet they don’t fulfill one single thing that comes out there mouth!

      Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

      Cons

      Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
