Throughout my 2+ years at Relativity, I've been able to grow in my career in a new industry. The most enjoyable aspect has been establishing strong partnerships with current and cross-functional teams. The most rewarding has been experiencing our first launch as a company + growing my skillsets as a professional, having no prior experience in certain areas of my role. I've experienced consistent internal mobility throughout my time and have seen our company grow 4x since I've joined.
Cons
Constant changes as a 9 year old start up. Having previously worked at a start-up this was something I was used to, but if you're unfamiliar with a fast-pace, development environment it could be a bit of a learning curve, especially if this is something you're not particularly seeking.
